In September 2001 I decided to revamp my Website, after having set up my original site back in 1999. Another revamp in 2003.
Well here we are in 2007 and where has the time gone?
Anyhow a little about myself.

I was born in Birmingham, in 1950, and at the age of 18  in 1969 I went to Manchester University to study Mathematics.
In Summer of 1972 I studied to be a teacher at Chelsea College of  PE in Eastbourne.
From there taught at Eastbourne Grammar School for 4 years, then taught Maths in Bogota Colombia (as Head of Maths at the Colegio Anglo Colombiano) for 2 years through the British Council.
Back to the UK and after 4 more years of teaching in Eastbourne, I then became self employed as a musician in 1983.

Since then I have continued as a professional musician, playing in various function bands and entertaining solo and leading a band of my own.

In recent years my music making has attracted interest from the BBC and 2 compilations were released by the ICC record label. Indeed now a replacement Double album of these
two now obsolete albums after 2 production runs on each of them.
This is currently available but it too will one day become obsolete.

Meanwhile I continue to teach privately Piano, Keyboards, Sax and Trombone, and to give Maths coaching to customers, and create tailor made backing tracks for dance students and solo artistes.

As for personal interests, well many years played Rugby at centre 3/4 and on the wing (including 5 caps for England at under15 level and under19 level), then had several years playing squash. Then on to Badminton and now I am happily charging round the tennis court at ever decreasing speed. Also love a good game of bridge from time to time.
I have given 2 more rare piano recitals since 2003 as a form of self development. Indeed a highly presentable CD of my most recent recital preps in February 2007 is available.

Well there is a slight flavour of myself. The rest of the site will fill in the gaps for you.

Please enjoy your visit and please do get back to me by email or phone.
